Television Last


Hai guys..

        I also like to watches television in my leisure time. But when I started stay at hostel, I can't sit down and watching television especially the drama that need continuous and consistency process... It`s not an easy task as my life at the hostel especially being an university's student are more harder, unrountine, and more tasks to be done compare to my life as secondary's student.

     Thus, I using other alternative my using internet. I will use Tonton, the web site that provide a television channel for those who don't have opportunity to watch before. And if I watch to watch movie, I will download and watch it where never I wish for.

Around and Around


Morning guys..

      My other hobbies that involving outdoor are cycling. Cycling can be enjoyed by almost eveyone, regardless of your age or your physical ability. You guys might enjoy a heart pumping downhill ride on a narrow dirt track. On the other hand, you may prefer to explore the open road. Either way, cycling offers entartainment, exercise and an excelent way to just get around town.

     As you begin cycling, take your time. Until you are familiar with what your body is capable of, avoid bicycle overuse. Try short, easy rides to start. Gradually increase your distance and difficulty to develop your strength, stamina, and ability without causing injuries.

     Before You Ride learn to adjust your bicycle to fit your body. You can adjust the saddle, the handlebars, and the location of the brake levers.

     Gauge your fitness level prior to beginning a new sport. If you have been largely inactive for several years, you may wish to begin your training indoors and progress to outdoor cycling as your fitness level increases.

You also need to have a few basic skills:

Braking
Pay attention to your surroundings and prepare to stop if necessary. On flat surfaces, use your front brakes more. When braking on a downhill slope, use your back brakes more. On steep hills, use your back brakes to prevent flying forward.

Changing Gears
Again, preparation is key when changing gears. Try to switch to the gear you plan to use before you need it. When shifting, remember to keep pedaling to allow the chain to move to the correct gear.

Pedal Properly
Pedaling isn't just pushing your pedals around and around. There is technique to proper pedaling. Instead of pushing down right away, push forward a little. Lower your heel as the pedal drops and pick it up again as the pedal nears the bottom of the turn. Pull the pedal back with your toes and then relax. Practicing efficient pedaling will reduce stress on your muscles and improve your cycling ability.

Turn Corners
Try to center yourself in the trail or road to take the straightest path possible around the corner. Once you are in the corner, stop pedaling. Keep your outside foot low and you’re inside foot high to stop your feet or your pedal from hitting anything. Straighten your bike and accelerate out of the corn

Hi guys..

       My other hobbies is playing badminton.. Badmintonis a great sport to start because it is easy to play, fun and unexpensive. It is one of the faster and most addictive racquet sports out there. Whether you are interested in getting serious about your play and competing in tournaments or just what to play it in the park with friends, I sure you guys will like both a lot. 


         Badminton are one of my favaurite's activity that I like. Since, I was a little girl, I started to play badminton in the team and also with my friends in the neighborhood. Playing badminton also help me to relax and be confident when I have stess and frustration. For example, after doing my homework or when I come home from school, I play a little bit with my friends outside of my house or we go to the park nerby my house. Whenever I play badminton, I feel healthy and stonger. Beside that, I meet new friends from whenever I palying. I not only like playing badbinton, but also enjoy wathing badminton on television.

All About You. MR mNY



Morning..


      I sure you guys have your knows about this hobbies... it’s quite popular when there changing in money appearance specially for past few years. In my case, I share my hobbies with my little brother since he was 8 years log while i was 12 years old. This happened because my father gives us his collecting money that he has keep when he was small. At first, we are amused with the look of coins and paper money and we becomes mores more excited when the people told us the artifact money are valuable which means more money.. Haha... We are too excited and start imagine how rich of us back there... Haha... Now we have different money from overseas too mostly is Asian country. We even make our own money books as there are not sale in book store. If we calculate the money that we have, (without overseas and old moneys) we have about Rm300 with unique numerical code.

Go green readers, hahaks..

     My other favourites activities is gardening.  I really love to gardening especially vegetables plants such as tomato, chili, calamansi and some fruits. Not to forget some flower too. 
     Gardening are a creative and mystery activity. It absorbs a lover of gardening in the same way as poetry absorbs a poet or painting absorbs a painter. It is more concrete than poetry and painting and has a more universal appeal. Even children and myself, who cannot enjoy poetry and painting without developing the skill of interpreting symbols represented by words or colours, derive immense aesthetic pleasure from the shape, colour and smell of plants, grass and flowers that abound in the well laid out garden. Hey, like I says garnening is mystery activities. You will never tired of those activities.
   Moreover, garden provides an inexhaustible source of relaxs. Gardening keeps the body fit while it refreshes the mind. It like kill a two birds in one shot. As the scientific reseach, the green colour help to relax our mind and body. That the reason why Allah make the plants green.. Like I says, go green..
     At first, I  just wants to past my time by helping my father gardening. He always tell me types, uses and colour flower of plants. I always used to gives fertilizer and water to the plants. Althougth the fertilizers smell bad but I don't mind.. Beside that, as time grows, my father believed and give me the resposibilities to prunes and trims the plants by myself. Then, its becomes our hobbies together. We will make sure to protects ou plants from the hot sun and shelters it from intruding animals. Before this, I always saw the look in my father's eyes wherenever he watches his plants but I knows I also have the same look as he, a loving look...
    You should really try this hobbies as its simple hobbies and you can strenghten your bond with your family like my father and I.

Hate letters, Love stamps


Hola, lovely readers..


Assalamualaikum and good morning..  suddenly, I get inspired in the morning, maybe I have to be morning person. Pfft..



I remember my old hobbies, collecting stamps. I start collecting stamps when I was in primary school, my father give me his old stamps, some from overseas and before the independence... I guess back there, I feel those stamps like babrbie doll as its look fragile and have to put in the special place.. Then, my family support me by helping to find stamps for me.. but i have big problems as I can't find the books stamp for my stamps.. and its make me sad as I always feel proud to show my friends, my treasure..
Because i don't have a book stamp, my valuable stamps have become like this.

Still collecting stamps because i feel pity to throw away those stamps but I always accidently forgot where i put those... then, as time passed, my excited slowly erased but i still collecting those although not as active back there.

Therefore, I always wish on my birthday to got stamps albums... Till then, take care

Yoga, psst for my diet



Hola..

I' am that kinds of girls that want to exercise to lose those devily fats but its always so many excuses that I can give to myself if I ever thought to do exercise.. for example:
1. I don't have suitable cloths to wear..                                                 This very harder excuse that I cannot handle... as a girl, I want to look nice wear something suitable even when I exercise... And as Muslim girl, the cloths that I will wear have to cover my body, not only that, those cloths have to loose as its cannot reveal my body shape while I doing exercise such, running, skipping, and even when I do warm up. But I don’t want something that makes me look like gunny sack. No, thank you.
         2. I am alone and its embarrasing. 
             I also don't have a patner to do the activity alone. I don't prefer to do alone.
        
         3. Its dangerous.
          If you still don't have partner to company you when you really wants to exercise then don't go... It’s really dangerous...   I think my mother will have heart attacks if she knows that I go jogging by myself in the                 early morning. She will asks me stay at home and helps her with house works.. hahaks..

              

Therefore, I find that yoga is making for me... As I don't have problems to do yoga by myself and at home... I also finds that, there are many types of yoga with have deferent kinds of effect..
